Difficult neighbors
Recurring noise, intrusions, damage. Dated voice memos, geolocated photos, timestamped notes — the timeline speaks for itself.
ProofDesk · v1.0 on the App Store
ProofDesk helps you build a solid case when your neighbor goes too far, when you're going through a divorce, or when work turns sour. Photos, scans, voice memos, dated notes — timestamped, geolocated, safe.
You're not a lawyer. You're not a bailiff. But what's happening at home deserves to be properly recorded, the moment it happens, with what you have on hand.
Recurring noise, intrusions, damage. Dated voice memos, geolocated photos, timestamped notes — the timeline speaks for itself.
Exchanges, shared bills, custody breaches. A neutral, timestamped trail you keep on hand for your lawyer.
Unpaid overtime, inappropriate remarks, working conditions. The journal becomes an exhibit in your employment case.
A name, a color. Everything you capture from then on lands inside it, in order.
Photo, multi-page scan, voice memo, dated note. Four buttons, no menus to dig through.
Each piece is timestamped to the second at the moment of capture, and geolocated if you turn that on. The timeline builds itself.
A clean chronological PDF for your lawyer, the bailiff, or the judge. Downloadable, printable, archivable.
Proof that leaks isn't proof anymore. ProofDesk is built around a simple principle: what you capture belongs only to you, and we have no business accessing it.
Your pieces are stored on your phone, protected by the device encryption iOS applies to app data. No cloud by default, no copy on our servers without an explicit action from you.
Each piece carries its capture date and time, and GPS coordinates if you turn them on. Those metadata are carried over as-is into the PDF export.
French company, French hosting, no transfer outside the EU/EEA. You stay in control of your data, at all times.
You decide when to export, to whom, and in what form. PDF, AirDrop, email, USB — every step is yours to trigger.
Off by default. If you turn it on, text excerpts (description, OCR, transcriptions) are sent to our partner AI provider — a French company whose infrastructure is hosted in Europe (EU/EEA), never used to train a model. You can exclude sensitive pieces at any time.
Not by default. Your case files, photos, voice memos, and notes stay on your device, protected by the device encryption iOS applies to app data.
Two exceptions, both explicit and opt-in:
Your pieces are encrypted on your iPhone and included in iOS iCloud Backup if you have it on — restored automatically when you switch devices.
For extra protection, the app reminds you to regularly export your case files (PDF + raw pieces) to iCloud Drive, email, or a Mac.
End-to-end encrypted cloud backup with a recovery phrase is planned for a future release.
No, the assistant is fully optional: no piece is analyzed until you turn it on in settings.
When active, it only accesses text excerpts of the case file you're querying — descriptions, OCR from scans, voice-memo transcriptions. It does not receive raw photos.
Our partner AI provider is a French company whose infrastructure is hosted in Europe (EU/EEA), does not retain the excerpts (Zero Data Retention), and never uses them to train its models. You can disable the assistant at any time, or exclude individual pieces you don't want analyzed.
Download ProofDesk, open a file, capture your first piece. In ten minutes, you'll see things more clearly.
